Honestly, if you just join a large foreign brood war discord, pick like 5 foreign Protoss players you like and ask them if they could help you, you'll almost assuredly get someone to help you. Whether it's answer build questions, point you in the right direction on how to improve, etc.
I will say though, you don't always need a personal coach and sometimes this is detrimental because players all have their own personal bias and tendencies and could very easily lead you in the wrong direction.
It's up to you but imo you can improve a lot by just picking a pro player you really like that isn't super micro-intensive like SnOw and pull up their cwal and watch some reps. Find a build you really like in each match up and just practice that one build every time you play that match up until you know it inside and out. Get to know the build order, timings, when to scout, how to adjust or react to what your opponent is doing, find the holes, find the strengths, etc. and if you have questions as to why the player you picked did X Y or Z, or want suggestions on how to maneuver within the build itself, ask community forums or a foreign protoss player you respect / will answer you. Once you have that build completely down, repeat the process with another build, so on and so forth until you have at least a few well oiled builds down for each match up. This will shoot you up ladder rankings and give you something to work with in tournament play as well.
No matter what though, you'll have to practice a lot and if you truly want to improve at this real time STRATEGY game, you will have to do a lot of replay studying and theory-crafting to actually get better. People get hard stuck by simply trying to copy builds without understanding the theory behind why players do what they're doing.

I would take Kwark and G5's advice. If you need a hand's on approach Kwark is probably the most detailed in his specific builds but it will sound like a broken record as you consistently miss pylons or forget to make workers. Gotta be disciplined in constant worker production, pylon production, and gas timings. Depending on what matchup you're looking at

that's the thing though, after someone "coaching me" like this I just stopped getting advice from people
I can already tell myself to make overlords and spend my money without a coach. After a while I got better at it. Without anyone telling me to get better at it, since I already know that I should macro better
A coach should tell you something you don't already know
