This is still possible across both that patch and both of the (bad) new patches they've put out recently. | ||

Why do such a big change without testing first? Maybe of some deadline with China laws maybe? I mean since when are these regulations required in the land of the middle? I remember watching some documentary some years ago of how china fights game addiction with radical boot camps for children. I love the soft power of chinas legal system on the world. Like, if you dont realize now that China politic influence is growthing you will never... Also funny that there various different typs of messages depending of how long you are playing ...xDDD. More commitment there than any message whatsoever to the community... | ||

However, to the best of my recollection, this would be the first time they've needed to deploy a patch to only one region, and from what we've seen with patch deployment tracking bots, they're trying to release to Asia first, but then the rest of the regions catch up anyway. It may have something to do with their deployment process forcing synchronization across all their regions. I'm only speculating on that part, but it is new territory for them to only target one or two regions for patches, so there may be unforeseen consequences resulting from that. | ||
