How to spot a Terran player: they think Hitchhiker is Zerg-favored.
lol, yep got me there definitely a terran player, but thats not to say that I'm necessarily wrong in thinking hitchhiker is zerg favored, most of the early terran success on that map happened way before people got good with mutas and defilers.

Flash who ... uhh.. was ecperiementing with so called goliath "build". valk build was really good though
Yeah Flash didn't seem to practice much for this season, I tuned into his stream and most the time he was playing protoss, he definitely approached his match vs action and zero a bit too dependant on just build order wins, instead of just keeping his mechanics sharp.
Yeah and zero has good mid-game muta-mechanics but is also late game in defiler mechanics.
Hoping for Zero, but I think Light will take it 4-1 without even playing spectacular. The guy is just a machine tvz and I think Zero will have trouble dealing with that. Zero seemed somewhat shaky all tournament and doesn't seem like the guy who will beat this rock in tvz to me

Similar situation here, I remember Light as the guy who got crushed by Tempest's hero Dragoon.
This has to be the most split we've ever been on who will win in ASL history (except maybe effort/Flash?). Normally the writers and the staff can come to some consensus on who is likely to win with like one or two people being like, "But don't sleep on X!" But here, it really does feel like a 50/50.
I mean, I stand by my prediction that Light is gonna stomp Zero into the ground, but I think the general evenness in skill here is proven by the fact that we have so much variance in opinions, and I hope that the series delivers on those expectations.
Some random stats for anyone interested, all of these are from 2020 only. Map 1, Horizon Lunar Colony: TvZ 74-65 (53.2%) Map 2, Neo Sylphid: TvZ 465-497 (48.3%) Map 3, Hitchhiker: TvZ 51-44 (53.7%) Map 4, Match Point: TvZ 110-125 (46.8%) Map 5, Inner Coven: TvZ 43-79 (35.2%) Map 6, Escalade: TvZ 258-249 (50.9%) Map 7, Polypoid: TvZ 248-202 (55.1%) Overall, I think in combination the map pool ends up fairly balanced (Terran has 1249 wins, Zerg has 1261). Heads up the score is 53-49 for Zero, which is again incredibly close.
My personal prediction is that Zero should be a very very slight favourite, but I also think that Light is a lot less likely to suffer from LAN nerves / choking. Light has just won the KSL, whereas Zero has been a habitual choker for a significant period of time. Either way, on paper this looks like it could very well be the most even ASL final of all time, which looks right on par with the entire tournament thus far (outside of the 3rd place match). It has been a FANTASTIC season, with a lot of series going the distance in nail-biting fashion.
Well i was right, Queen took it! So much bias toward light but in the end he couldnt carry his way to the trophy as i Suspected. Predicted 4-2 for queen, so close.
