Ok, thanks, working on it

It doesn't seem to work for me and I'm not sure why... I'm on firefox 60.2.1 esr. I can't find an option menu for the add-on either, is there one ?
Tried deactivating noscript and ublock but it didn't change anything. Reloaded youtube and twitch videos several time with no luck.

thats weird, can you post a Screen-shot of your browser? Thats what i see:

and the clock (After the 3 points ) is the button to enable/disable the addon.

Oh lol. I was looking at the right of the quicksearch bar where noscript, ublock etc are. Didn't even realize the clock was new. Sorry !
![[image loading]](https://i.imgur.com/IeFTp39.png)
Now I see it and it works ! Even though I find weird that you have to turn it "off" to hide the bar (at least for me the bar is hidden when the icon is black and mouse-over says "Anti spoiler video OFF".)
Isn't there a way to have it hide the bar all the time and to be able to show it on demand ?
Great work anyway, thanks for this.

This is great, could you please make a version for Safari, or just a general script that could be used with Tapermonkey? Thanks!

Well, at first the effect of the extension, was permanent, but some users made the suggestion to Enable and disable the extension.
There are "bugs/ know issues" with firefox extensions and tab activation, i will fix this soon with and "Settings section"

The problem the tool atm has (not really problem, rather just the design) is that once you click the little clock it works for this tab until you reload the tab/get linked to a new tab etc. That means you have to open YT, then enable the tool and then navigate to the video or you have to click the link and then quickly click the little clock before the video loads/you see the progress bar.
Not sure why it was changed, I liked the former version much more (the one you once enabled and then it worked until you disabled it over all tabs). Since I rather take the 'effort' to disable it again or have the inconvenience of it disabling other tabs as well over the big risk that I'm being spoiled. Its not too bad once you know how the tool works but still, the old way seems superior to me.

Yes i agree with you and in the next hour i will upload the new version. For me personally i also like the old way, is better to avoid any spoiler.
The "effort" now is for the users to deactivate the extension on the settings page of firefox.
I hope this is good for the majority of the users.

Its done. Extension updated!
::HOW IT WORKS::
1) The extension will work for ALL THE TABS on Firefox now 2) To temporarily disable the extension, is very easy, jusy type:
about:addons
on the adress bar and disable the extention there.
NOTE: If you use Chrome you can see the most popular anti spoiler tool on the Chrome store called
"Anticipation for YouTube and Twitch"
Extension wich also work with the "per tab" system, and they face the same problem. When you activate the extension you will see a mini popup with the information:
"Anticipation is enabled, YouTube and Twitch time will be hidden on the next video you click on or after refreshing your tab. You can use your keyboard arrow keys to rewind and fast forward if needed."
So the question is what the people like? For me i prefer the extension to work for all the tab.
Also, when you have the extension working per tab not always it gets activated this happen in Chrome or Firfox, so this is the best way so far.

Great QoL thingy, thank you!
On/off button (icon) which I can put next to adblock and such, that would be great addition. One or two clicks to switch it on and off.

As you can see in the previos post, this is the best method so far, the activation option is buggy at the time, i hope it will be a solution soon.
