Activation links for iCCup registration not sent.

Hi,

I tried to sign up for The Abyss today on the iCCup website. But the activation link was not sent after I registered. I tried it again twice and once with a different mail address.

A friend told me, he also was not able to register because of the missing mail.

Is the service for registration not working anymore?
What can I do to register?

Did you also check your spam folder? It often gets there.

I checked and it didn't arrive. The mail provider service was just set to mark mails as potential spam. I even tried it again with deactivated spam and virus check. JavaScript enabled on the iCCup website. Still nothing.
The service from iCCup doesn't seem to work.

I can make an account for you if you want, I'm too lazy to find a German vpn so it will have a Canadian country flag if you don't mind.

I recently made a new account (couple of days ago) and it worked for me, so might be an issue on your side. Maybe the service is temporarily down, try again in a few hours or tomorrow.

Its a problem with .de-Mails, iccup activation links cant be send to gmx or web... (guess its because its a russian site, but dunno exactly)

i remember having big ass delay between registering and the activation link arrival. Like hours.

iirc they don't support hotmail or some email provider like that?

All my accounts are verified with email addresses that end with hotmail. I can confirm hotmail accounts work.

to be fair, the last 3 times I tried to register an account, I didn't get a link either, had to get friends involved to help.

.lv boxes probably don't work either.

Make an account at protonmail.com, free takes about 2minutes, have used with icc and works no problem
