Hello,
I am having issues playing on ICCup's Abyss server. I had been playing it fine for the past three months or so, but today, between two gaming sessions, the Abyss server suddenly disappeared from SC:BW's server list. I don't know what I changed that could of caused this.
I tried reinstalling ICCup's SC:BW. I tried reinstalling the launcher. I tried downloading and executing the regedit files they provide on the website but I couldn't find one for Starcraft, only some for WC3. None of those made it come back. Has this happened to you before? What could cause this and/or how could I fix it?
Any help would be appreciated!
Thank you very much! Names
p.s. yay for first thread ever on TL!

Yeah, this problem has been around ever since blizzard started doing that US Test server.
If you keep switching between bnet and iccup like I do, everytime you log into bnet, your iccup server link will disappear and either turn into us.test or just disappear completely.
So you'll need to run a gateway editor like this: http://bit.ly/hflJuu
and add or change one of the servers to sc.theabyss.ru
Keep in mind that you gotta do this everytime you log into a bnet server and want to get back into iccup.
This is just my work-around, totally not a solution to the problem as you gotta keep resetting it.

go to your installation directory for iccup launcher, open iccup.cfg and set AutoUpdate to 0. ~_~

I provide the .reg file on mediafire: http://www.mediafire.com/?lzlqj6ipw1r6w88 Also, logging into Battle.net servers will reset your server list to whatever Blizzard specified so you will need to rerun the .reg file every time the iCCup server disappears.

What is the purpose of this? Does that turn the autoupdater off? What if there is an update ? :-P
EDIT : I get updates to iCCup launcher all the time, I guess it is for WC3.

But before, the launcher would restore the server list every time. It's not the case since a few months back.

Ontopic: I wish iCCup would set their launcher to add the icc registry key again, since I only use their launcher on ICC.
