Resident Evil: Raccoon City (not that vX rubbish, only the pure PanzerKavalier versions like 0.9 and so on). Resident Evil 3: Nemesis Rush! is pretty awesome Midnight Gladius, also enjoyed it. Actually there are heaps of RPGs I really enjoy, too many to list though. Mafia! by TuxedoTemplar (same guy as Rush) is also pretty awesome, especially when playing with friends. | ||

How often I was cursing the worker dude that he collected minerals t.t) Thats probably it, but I tend to forget stuff pretty quick. Probably I missed at least 2-3 maps. But my most favorite is probably SAT Control. So nice concept and always fun | ||

My second favorite was probably an RPG map that never got very popular called Wizard Wars. That being said, I also like the LOTRish style maps. Like City of Chaos and Planewalkers torment. Battlecraft was amazing as well, and I did like things like the thing. | ||

---a good bound map (like marathon bound or pirate bound or circle bound difficulty; bounds had the problem of being too easy or being too hard imo, particularly with non lan lat. I don't care if you start with 9000 lives and it takes 200 lives to beat a level). ---some bound and destroys/bound and controls were alright (some versions of bound and control 4, bound and control 2 was alright, and bound and control 3 by flydream_lovely is great and I want to beat it). Bound and control you beat a bound to choose units to kill other units, bound and destroy you bounded against other humans to choose units to kill each other. ---similar vein some bound and defends or dodge the rapist/dodge and defends (I recall 2 different versions, one where you dodged different size units to get the points up to buy defense and one where you got points by reaching a certain zone on larvae concentration gradient) were quite fun ---kill 10000 hydras/20000 dragoons ---jailbreak 7 and jailbreak 10 were alright ---many of the defense maps were fun, even if some were easy (toad's turret was fun ^.^, also marine d perfection, can you stop one unit, spider mine d if you were red or white, lurker d, etc. corsair d was funny because you won if you just went for valkryies). --cat and mouse, but people only liked to play fucking 5v1 jungle and that SHOULD be impossible for the cat if the mice are competent. at least if the map versions has it where you run between the civilians ---futbol (zergling burrows to shoot) ---scv football ---baseball 1.72 (was repetitive but fun) ---volleyballs/dodgeballs ---mario parties/minigame parties ---random micro challenges ---diplomacy/risk was alright sometimes; I didn't play much ---a couple of the dbzs were alright ---snipers ---vtec paintball if you got a good 3v3 ---some versions of snowball wars ---hydra zones/marine zones can always be good; same with tug of war ---some versions of "simpsons carnage" or "______ madness" were balanced and alright; typically there was always a like "level 5 >>>> level 4" imbalance though ---some vulture tags were fun ---infinite shift is alright ---run ling run the sped up music version edit: a lot of the maps I played were things where if you beat them you don't need to replay them, like a bound or the jailbreaks or even the 10000 hydras/20000 goons. Most of the maps that require like 4 competent players I never finished because it was far too hard to get like 4/6 players be competent, or even more likely is that 1 player actively hurts everyone else by fucking up. | ||

Also Helms Deep is still played to the best of my knowledge. My friends brother plays pretty often. I've played with him and there are clans dedicated to that particular ums. The game is deceptively harder than it looks. | ||

Those maps are crazy, but I love them because they give you a freedom to do other thing while playing. You can go and eat, even go out in the city and make shopping. You should have been 255/255 on every upgrade way before that point and easily been able to beat it. Battlecruisers owned that game though, as long as you had other units out of bunkers while you only had 1 so it could still regen fast enough to live through a wave. My favorite game was probably Cat vs Mouse Jungle though, specifically the 'classic' version with the secrets that required getting 7 scvs on the small island on the top where you had to use the build-while-floating glitch to be able to fit them all. I'm actually curious if anyone else here knew of the secrets, as I only learned them from one of the original testers of the game, and no one else I've ever run into has known about it. edit: Just wanted to add for the ToS fans, there was a ToS in sc2 release kinda recently, don't know if it's still played but it was still a good game, and BC's weren't insta-win anymore. | ||

Income defence, most versions, but I think I like RvB most, and on a related note, Hero income defence. Auction Defence Mini game party by millenium army. SAT control, both 1 and 2 Individual random control. 4 is my favorite version, but 5 is quite enjoyable too. Random Micro Arena. Kerrigan's demise, and the LoZ OoT themed one, fall of hyrule or something. Lurker D XYZ A lot of people like Impossible scenarios, but the only one I really liked was kiwi, because instead of having 10 levels that took a half hour to beat, it had like 50 levels that took 5 minuites. | ||

I was sorely mistaken. Anyways, my favorite UMS was probably the "Dodge the Rapist" one where you had to maneuver your Zergling up the map through hordes of units without being touched. Either that, or the murder mystery ones where everyone has a civilian, and one person also had a DT. I also loved the Sniper maps, Evolves, and the random (insert cartoon here) Arena games. | ||
