Actually, all the pros seem to be excited as well. I´ve never watched BW before even though i own this game since day 1 -.- I will tune in to as many games as possible! Unfortunately, this forced game-switching could mean a uncommon amount of cheeses in either bw or sc2 due to the lack of practice. (?) | ||

It's kind of obvious that the players say whatever their management wants them to say but I hope that Flash actually enjoys SC2 that much for his own sake. Kind of hoped the Ace match was BW tbh. Anyway, I'm kind of excited to see how this turns out since I love both games. | ||

The maps they are using are all technically GSL maps, with the exception of no space sharks, neutral depots and forced spawns (this is probably the most significant difference). Having said that, let's just hope they change the map pool at the end of Round 1 so that it becomes the tournament version (once they've had more time to practice on the tournament version of maps and stuff) | ||

Also, we're receiving some help as we practice. I can't tell you what it is, but it gives us an advantage. Lee Jae Gyun (Stars): If I may speak as a representative for everyone, a lot of us know the current SC2 team head coaches. We don't practice with them officially or unofficially, but we receive their advice. Things like how to run the team at first, computer specs, etc are things I've talked about over a drink and thought about. As far as I can tell, there hasn't been any practice with SC2 teams because of worries about strategies leaking. SC2 fans, they have not been opened out to the other teams yet. You're going to have to wait awhile. | ||
