A lot of sponsors see their money as an investment, so if they don't see the kind of growth they want in the future they will pull their sponsorships. It's the same concept behind professional sports a lot of the time too -- that's why you see Nike sponsoring people like Tiger Woods early on and hoping they get to the top. | ||

And I thought imagine if Flash read that and if he would take it as a joke or if he would actually feel bad about his achievements like his wins were somewhat cursed. If I were Flash I'd be pretty sad to read it. But I understand it's a joke, and flash doesn't read TL haha | ||

I think it's obvious that it's a coincidence --- whoever was the top player in these months would be afflicted with the same "curse." But some people will tell you he's really killing BW, as if his dominance were a negative force rather than a raising of the bar. | ||
