No, that's not what FA means in pro BW. You become an FA if you fulfill certain criteria (like being a pro for 3 years and playing a certain number of games etc.) and your contract is up for renewal. It doesn't mean your team isn't going to re-sign you.

Yeah, there are some other criteria too but I'm not familiar with those. Anyway, no FA has ever moved teams so it's largely a formality.

I'd bet that there is a player for every word in the dictionary by now if you count every name, pro or amateur or casual, that has been entered into Starcraft since the game's release.
UPDATE Flash and BeSt re-signed with their current teams CuteAngel has chosen to retire Pure doesn't have a team to re-sign with so he automatically becomes FA, awaiting results Lomo without first negotiating with hwaseung is FA - he'll await calls from other teams b/w the 26th and 28th; if nothing works out, on 9/1-9/2 he'll have to enter negotiations with hwaseung again
