Some of the 4chan message boards can be an example of this, though perhaps not the /b because of having young sample of users to begin with.

Maybe step out of the Internet and realize that trolling isn't normal? If you can give me an example of an actual "community" that operates under these guidelines, I will retract all of what I have said. You can say "I'm going to rape your sister" to perhaps your friend as a "normal and lighthearted fun/expression", but not on the Internet. Encouraging people to throw away their accountability is the last thing we should be doing, and this is doubly true in Korea, which has the worst netizen interaction in the world.

If the LAW allows it and you deem it necessary I say it should be used in this manner. After all that is why it is there. Of course people will have different standards for what is deemed acceptable but there has to be a limit about what you can do or say. Even if its on the internet.

No. Thats not normal human behaviour the same way extremists that blow themselves up arent normal. Also that picture isnt trolling. They genuinely believe what they are doing is correct cos they are so twisted. People that troll know what they are doing isnt normal human interaction. If they werent aware that they shouldnt talk to other people that way then they probably have aspergers.

The KT Coach LJH was notified by KT fans tweeting him about a guy who consistently posted malicious comments about Flash. A twitter conversation ensued between 잡담 and LJH. Either I haven't discovered the function yet or twitter is retarded, so I can't see the conversation as it folded but just see the two sides tweeting. http://twitter.com/#!/roqytm <-잡담 http://twitter.com/#!/KTRolster <- LJH (April 24th) LJH + Show Spoiler + @roqytm 멘션온건 진작에 봤는데.. I saw the mention earlier.. Looking at what you've written up to now... starting from unspeakable words... You went too far. I don't get what crime Flash and the other progamers have committed towards you to cause you to act like this. I felt that the malicious comments were severe these days, but I didn't know it was this bad. I acknowledge that a part of the comments on 스갤 and Fomos are for fun, but this is just focusing on and attacking Flash. This is an clear act of defamation towards the KT sports team and Flash. As you can see from my twitter ID, I'm using it as an unofficial team twitter, and our sports team is also monitoring it. I almost weakened when you started mentioning your parents. I'm close with Flash's mother. She also checks a lot of online communities. Do you think she didn't see what you wrote? Do you only worry about what your parents think and not what other parents' think? This isn't a laughing matter and it's beyond my hands. I've passed on the material that the fans have given me to the KT front and will concentrate on the SKT match. And 잡담: (not translating all of it, but just the general gist) - is a Bisu fan - posted saying that Bisu might be better than Flash and got flamed for it by Flash fans -> caused him to start insulting Flash as payback - never insulted him elsewhere - didn't mean for Flash or anyone else related to see it - says that the guy who reported him is being two-faced since he also has insulted Bisu (notably PSing Bisu with a picture of a monkey with an enlarged nose) - only insulted Flash because of all the Flash-haters - begs not to tell his parents who will be disappointed by him again - says that he'll take the punishment, and learn from the experience - but then the next day, begs to be let off Ugh.. it's basically =_= really ... 비굴해.. the way the guy's begging. According to rumors, KT wants to sue, but Flash is against it. Supposedly he said that although he was hurt by the comments, 잡담 is still a fan of esports and should be let off. Not sure about this. (There's already a webcomic about the situation. I'm sure someone else *coughstartswithanmcough* will translate it because I have my last exam tomorrow and really should be studying.) + Show Spoiler + It's better with the sound effects, but eh. Look it up elsewhere to hear the original BGM I don't really know how bad the comments were, but considering that 스갤 is normally a really bad-mannered place(the average post on it is probably worse than any post that's been posted on TL, including the banned ones), it's got to be pretty bad for him to be singled out. I haven't found the posts, and I think the original posts were all erased. Heard that it had to do with attacking his personality, appearance, and parents. Although I'm not sure if KT will actually follow through, especially since Flash apparently wants to let him off, I know that people have been sued before on DC. -edit- looked up a few previous cases, and apparently on 스갤, - a guy in 2005 was about to sued for pretending to be other users and flaming players, but he committed suicide before the suit (the suing occurred after the suicide, not before. the owner of DC sued him only to find out that he was already dead) - a guy posted that he was going to kidnap, rape and kill [B_Blade]Leader's daughter(probably not for real, but just to state how much he hated him), he read it, obviously got pissed off, and took legal action hmm.... do you think that korean website has even worse comments/posts than youtubers? hahaha
