i dont think playing on slowest really makes you play like nada.. but it will still be interesting. i think it still really depends on the player. some players will be amazing to watch if they played hard on a slower speed, and some wont be

Tried on normal and fast and on fast me and my friends made a decent 2v2 but some moves were too weird (we paused and talked trough the game to make it long and action filled ect) and not logical. On normal it started to become hard to keep the attention and I just sat idle from time to time.

thats a good idea. not only should u play on a slow speed, maybe "normal", but u should have lots of pauses. unfortunately there is a limit to pauses now even in friendly games :/ i suppose u guys could pause every 5 minutes or something

It's funny that the replay has somewhat realtime on the time displayed, earlygame in like 20min ect ^ ^. Well you cant make a game like this pretending you played it at fastest...

blizzard didnt invent the slowest setting for this. blizzard never intended anyone to play on "fastest" except as a joke. ladder was set to "fast" speed by blizzard. so i think they include lower speeds so the game can be slowed down as needed in single player and so players can play on the speed they want; blizz certainly thought fast would be the highest speed serious players would want and probably believed games on normal and slow wouldn't be out of the question. slowest was probably included as a joke too, or for the people more familiar with turn-based strategy games that would be attracted at least to the single player of SC, their real bread and butter as far as sales went

Effectively a Slowest game is 1/4 the speed of a Fastest game, and a Normal game would be 1/2 the speed of Fastest. That means they would have to be playing at 2x the speed of their first game, and if they already allegedly made some mistakes on Slowest that would translate to 2x the errors on Normal =)
