Fantasy: "Flash, we said we would go to LA together [but]..."
You easily made it into the Round of 16.
-I'm very happy that [the games] were a lot easier than I expected, though now that I'm going to be competing against stronger opponents, I must prepare more thoroughly.
Overall thoughts on today's games?
-Before the match started my opponent apparently was very nervous. Because of that [T/N: I think he's trying to say that since his opponent wasn't able to play at his best] I wasn't able to utilize my full strength. Before becoming a progamer I too participated in WCG qualifiers, and I know how nerve-wracking that can be. Even though all the players advancing are good players, I am still nervous [T/N: Uhh what?]
You play ZerO in the Round of 16.
I saw that another group has a lot of Terran, so overcoming ZerO is essential so that I may unite with the other Terrans to form "South Korea's Terran Representative".
Your thoughts on choosing this year's representatives for WCG?
-I have never truly been to a foreign country. This time WCG is to be held in LA, and for the past year I have wanted to go. Last year Flash and I went to Vietnam, and it was then that I said, "Next time we'll go to LA together." However, since we were placed in the same group, unfortunately we cannot go together. I really want to go to LA though (laughs).
Regretfully, [your team] only got silver in the SPL finals.
-Receiving silver is very regrettable and hard to believe. Thinking about it though, this season our team has grown a lot; even though we didn't capture the top prize, as a team we have become more united and more powerful, and we will work to maintain this strength so that next season we will start out strong. Neither the team nor players are disheartened, and so we are not too worried.
There's the MSL in a few days.
-I've thought about this a lot. After returning to Seoul when the finals finished, I have contemplated this quite a bit, and I've basically come to a conclusion. Recently my TvZ has been pretty good, so I am not worried. [T/N: I'm not sure about this one, since I basically read about it as him thinking a lot about how his TvZ has been good recently?]
Any last words?
There were many fans at the finals to cheer us on, and even though today everybody is tired they still came to cheer me on. I am truly grateful.

Yeah, I was wondering about this when reading through. CSheep was telling me that Fantasy has some mannerisms when speaking, and some things just didn't translate over well.
I should probably learn Korean at some point.

Yeah, the Chinese interview wasn't very well done haha. Even with the mannerisms and such some parts just didn't really make sense D:

in the second question about the nervousness, hes saying "because everyone is very skilled individually, they were able to qualify and come thus far, but it's inevitable that they're going to be nervous [because everyone else is so good as well]"
and the MSL thing (i think) him saying that he thought a lot about it and ultimately is almost finished with his plans/strategies, and since hes doing decent tvz anyway hes not too worried
but anyways, great job on the overall translation and thanks a lot, good read!

ohhhhhh........ zero is a great zerg player. Even though I like fantasy much better, I think zero might be a big threat. And it dissapoints me to think that either #1 Flash or #3 fantasy won't be at the WCG finals.
