This has always been one of my favorite things to watch (or read about and then click the video). Is there any reason there are no pimpest plays anymore? If it is because no one wants to do the work, we could add them together in a thread and make a poll or something.
From the top of my head I can only remember one exactly that I would put in, though I know there are a lot of worthy plays this year.
- Bisu vs. Hyvaa on Dreamliner (June 25): A quite Zerg Favored map and Bisu just annihilates Hyvaa with Sair/Reaver and ending it with 4 attacks at each of Hyvaas bases, winning every single one of them, destroying Hyvaa completely.
What would you think were the best plays this year?
I can't really think of many single "wow" moments oh the top of my head but:
GGaemo vs Upmagic on HBR with the 2 hidden mines that killed 12 hydras Hiya vs Free on triathalon in general Ruby vs Jangbi on dreamliner with the ghosts? Anytime vs Killer on Matchpoint (i think) where anytime got like 14 kills with a storm Jaedong vs Midas on Odd Eye was just a sick game
The last list of Pimpest plays came out in 2007, featuring Jaedong's ee han timing and Boxer's M&M rush against Nal_ra. I've been thinking about the updated list on and off, but I forgot.

Yeah, that obviously belongs in there. Even if the main cheeser didnt win, Free's BM in the end clearly put that game over the top.

Thanks! I thought that too. I loved that game so much, but the poll said something like "66% dont watch the game" so I though I don't mention it. I thought it was the most awesome game since a long time, but most people just hate that turtle style
Pimpest Plays aren't usually whole games. Its usually one crazy micro thing like when Flash scanned those lurkers in that one final or that game where Bisu's trapped a whole protoss army outside that player's main with a DT on the ramp.
