Hi guys, I am trying to decide on which launcher to use and who better than you guys to help me out on this one?
I have seen until now:
ChaosLauncher
AdvLauncher
MiniLauncher - which is only korean
BWLauncher - I guess is outdated and not supported anymore
IccupLauncher
I have been using ChaosLauncher with 2 files from ICCup launcher to play on that server without the other launcher for now but I just want to know if there is any other that I dont know of that is better than CL or at least that has some functionality that CL doesnt have.
As far as I know most of them support the plugins from one another.
So the point is, which are you using and why... and which would be your recommendation, besides not using any launcher (since thats the safest anyways)

best - chaoslauncher ofc, most needed- iccup launcher (with integrated chaoslauncher ^^)

Chaoslauncher (unless playing on iCCup of course), no contest
plugins i use:
- chaospluginz
- obsmode
- live apm counter
- lan latency
- forcehamachi

BWlauncher had the fpvod replays mode + endless features. that was the best launcher ever. sad blizzard made the 1.15 patch

you guys just have to copy iccup.ini and iccscbn.icc from an installation of ICCup launcher in to your ChaosLauncher folder and you will get something like this:
It will work perfectly when you go to ICCup.

Note that the others plugins WONT WORK on ICCup, just the chaosplugin.
You have to select the new Starcraft that appears on the drop down list at the bottom that says ICCup 1.16.1 or in the ladder menu when you right click.

I did read it. I just don't understand why all the launchers, anti-hacks etc.
Doesn't say too well about the game.

well the problem is that ALL multiplayer games have the problem of people wanting to have free wins, so they hack the game to get those wins, an anti-hack is just a program that checks if the memory of the game have been modified and alerts you of that.
the plugins are just things that the game lacks but that they have proven to be useful even though Blizzard dont officially add them to the game, actually 90% of the addons in BW have been added in SC2 like seeing the units the other people is building and seeing their selection...
Havent you heard of hacks in Counter Strike? or Call of Duty or War Craft? is something that is part of EVERY game as well as plugins and addons.
