was the ban so necessary ;-( there are unbanned hackers on this site
I agree, not so much with the justification as with the statement.

Maybe you should spend less time spouting off random bullshit that people couldn't care less to hear and more time working on that abysmal ZvP of yours, you clever guy...
Clazziquai I'm really disappointed ._. don't know why you felt you had to hack to achieve a rank. Even when you saw me mass gaming and losing day after day to reach C+ in the same channel, chatting in friends list, you still decided to hack your way there and disgrace everyone who's good enough to do it? I'm a very forgiving person, can't bring myself to throw you out the door forever, but I hope you understand how serious it was ... I hope you also realize the possible impact to mG. as well... having a hacker caught on your team account hurts us all.
Why do i feel like the random piss test bus just came through the job site?? Welp Bob been nice working with ya for 20 years.... guess you shouldn't have smoked that doobie last night after all.....

Except most likely Bob has been smoking that doobie every night for the past twenty years.
Clazz was still a big part of this community. So he hacked whatever it is not the end of the world. Do as you want here, but remember who the committed users are on TL.net
Though I am glad ICC caught these cheaters, it was very deceptive and ethically wrong it was a good way to catch the idiots stupid enough to DL the hack. Too tempting for some people...

Thanks for that I didn't even realize that post was a move reference haha.

Iccup is really smart for pulling something like this though, playing against hackers is so lame.
90 days and then all is forgiven? 90 days then "aww shucks welcome back"? I liked him too, but in the end he is a cheater, and as a website devoted to professional gaming, and preserving the integrity of the game, how can we condone the behaviour?

Really nice work by iccup admins and all others involved, good to see such a number of hackers taken out in one fell swoop. Disappointing clazz, you really should have known better!

... ethically wrong? should we have given advance warning "hey guys we are going to start checking for hacks now". No. There is nothing ethically wrong about this at all. Deceptive? Sure. Ethically wrong? Look at the cheaters.
Even as (I think) clazziquai's e-friend, I think the ban was perfectly justified. KawaiiRice was thrown out for just abusing a few games, only recently coming back, and the indefinite ban will certainly help make him realize what he's done. Ex-hackers have slowly gotten back into the community before, but it'll be a while before this fades away.
