Okay this shitty screenshot really doesn't do this new unit justice so I'll explain him a bit for ya.
At a long range from a target, or just to move, the Bone Golem will disassemble and then move really, really fast. When he gets close to its target, or at his move destination, he re-assembles from the ground and stalks walking towards it. With 1k health and 6 armor, the sudden appearance of several of these things can be quite frightening. They attack ground units with a cleaving melee attack that has a 40/255 chance to critical, giving it increased radius and a major damage boost. At the edges units will get the normal 40-ish damage but the main target can receive as much as 120.
I haven't finished him yet; he needs polish, effects, and sounds.
But with every new functional unit, AO moves closer and closer to completion.

The Bone Golem is a tier 8 unit, Armageddon will attack you with it around the 1-hour mark or so.

The BLANK-thing is where units usually have their location-damage / overall health display. Since it's a custom unit, I guess he hasn't gotten around to making one yet.
Very nice custom unit, I'll look into your mod and see what you're creating.

I have doubts I will be modding SC2. Having dealt with the nightmare that is warcraft 3, I am not sure I want to know what kind of hardcoded crap blizzard has in store for sc2... but who knows. Right now, AO will be my last mod for SC1 and pretty much marks my retirement from modding.

AO is making use of a ton of unused/misc stuff inside SC's data, like the Mengsk BC as you can see. Unfortunately this means most of them use "BLANK" for their wireframe. Due to the extreme difficulty in making wireframes I don't plan to change any of them.

Some old mods there as well, including an earlier AO release. Many of these are from 2002-2005 so they don't represent my current skills at all.
Please note that all of these mods require version 1.10. They will NOT work on any other version. They will NOT function correctly if you are using a loader or CD crack or something that alters the exe in any shape or form.

Yea i understand that, but why is it so deformed/blurred? and not a normal "BLANK". i would like to know the reason behind that even if it goes to the code or w/e. But ofc i don't expect you to know that :D

Deformed, well, potentially jpeg compression. I haven't changed the wireframe grp at all so basically that's the way it has always been.

Masterrey you haven't ever played a UMS where it looks like that? All those units like the weird HT have that kind of blank wireframe
