For everyone under about 700-800 lbs lifts your DL should be higher than your squat. | ||

What type of squat are you doing? high bar? low bar? probably not sumo. Make sure your shoulder blades are pinched together.. this helps keep your back tight so you can maintain your lordic arch at the bottom. Make sure you are not butt winking at the bottom either... tight hamstrings can cause that heh.. | ||
