Today was really hot. I don't know the temperature, it was reallllyyyyyyyy hot (emphasis on the hot) here in California, and I woke up in the morning with the intent to mass games on Bnet. i played maybe 1 or 2 games and just started surfing the web, checking email. The usual. then i got hungry and looked for food. i found some bagels but was too lazy to get out the toaster and prepare my breakfast. so i kept looking and found what looked like cut up green mangoes. unfortunately, it wasn't green mangoes. they were some vegetable that looked like green mangoes. i think they were squash. i ate one of them without realizing they were not green mangoes and spit it back out after realizing it. i then gave one to my sister and she ate it right up excitedly. then around 12pm i started playing some starcraft and began to sweat while playing my friend's little brother. i really hate it when i sweat on my laptop, keyboard and mouse, because it leaves little sweat marks. it makes my laptop keys really shiny, and i don't like that because it feels greasy. well in some way it is grease. on my mouse, it leaves some dirt in the shape of my finger, and it starts feeling weird after a while, so i have to clean it off after. i want this greasy feeling off of my keyboard. it just looks ugly, and i want the brand new look back.
later in the day i went to me dentist appointment at 5 to do some cleaning. my dentist was really hot. a philippina, graduate of some prestigious college. i think i got excited for a little bit when i was in the chair. well all the dentists there at the office were hot, and graduates of nice colleges.
so i did some cleaning and after that, my dentist told me i had gingivitis. she told me all the symptoms, like bleeding gums, fluffy gums, etc. i suspected this way before but didn't bother to ask or alarm my parents and get them overly protective. i would've been in shock too. gingivitis???? whaatttttt????? that's impossible! i'm superman! so i realize i should be flossing more. brushing wasn't the problem, but flossing. flossing is so tedious but helps in the long run. i need to get me one of those portable floss-on-a-sticks and carry them around with me all the time flossing in class, flossing while i'm playing pool, flossing and eating, flossing and flossing, flossing and 4pooling.
i also got this electric toothbrush some weeks ago and just started using it last week. i wonder how well it compares to manual toothbrushes. anyone comment? i think i like the electric over the manual because it requires less manpower. but i don't like how loud they are. i guess mine's the cheap, loud one. i got it for 10$ at walmart. i don't even know if i can get a pack of replacement heads for it. anyone know if all replacement heads are universal?
edit: o ye. they used the drills on me. i've never been scared of the equipment they used, but somehow i was getting sensitive to them this time. i started to feel pain when she cleaned my teeth with them. stupid gingivitis.
o ye its my bday =]

Happy B day :O
PS: You're a blogging machine :X Yikes.
PPS: Flossing is easy fool :O Takes less time that they actual brushing. Just try to drink less soda and sugary/acidy drinks, especially when you know you won't be able to brush for awhile (like at school).

So what exactly does having gingivitis entail?

Mouthwash. Try it, it kills 99.99% of germs and prevents bad breath and gingivitis.
Or so it claims.

Naw, he mentioned flossing more and shit, so I neglected it. Anyways, try limiting mouthbreathing. Mouthbreathers will have generally more irritated gums, which lead to easier development of gingivitis.
