지아 (zia) is my favorite korean singer. she debuted in 2007. she was famous for being a faceless artist, which generated alot of curiosity as to her looks and identity. She recently sang live and she isn't really that ugly at all, although some people have criticized her for her looks. Her first album was Voice of Heaven, which had a great song called 물꾸러미 (absentmindedly) which had a music video starring Kim Ok Bin and shin hyun joon, from Stairway to Heaven, the korean drama. apparently the music video cost 10 billion won (10 million dollars) to make

its actually 3 songs, including 그대만 보여요 (only looking at you) ft T.O.P of Big Bang, 우두커니 (not sure what this means but yahoo says it means blankly) and 사랑해 미안해 (i love you, i am sorry) it stars shin hyun joon again and honey lee, miss korea 2006
Sounds a bit like the singer of F.I.R (I mean the faceless thing, not the music). Maybe it took a while to get plastic surgery done. :D Well I never watch music videos anyway, so I don't care what the singers look like at all.
Hey I'm learning korean so this is more of a wondering than critique Why do you translate the name as Zia? Unless its already a translation she picked for herself shouldnt it be more like uhhh Jia or Chia?

its because most famous people get surgery to improve their looks but the really talented people, like zia, kim tae hee and sg wannabe, among others, dont get surgery and prefer to let their skills show instead
plastic surgery is pretty common in south korea because its relatively cheap now and easy to get
You have no clue how superficial Korea is. You know whats effed up though? Alot of the "Fans" or "criticizers" (sp?) are hella more uglier.
on another note - i loved "I'm sorry I love you" kdrama haha even on the first epi. "Do you know what love is like to me? It's like a game to me.. Like starcraft" *smile*

she has done her nose and teeth btw (ppl debate about it)
