Ok, so here's a poem i just wrote.
This is like my first poem ever, and I wrote it because someone told me writing these clears your mind. + Show Spoiler +
Misery
Accepting sufferance as your friend Devote you dreams to misery You wish your boundaries would extend Out of the frayed ends of sanity
You got a grasp of sheer pain or is it so my friend ? Feeling weary , yet you drain You memories until the end
You're wrong little man There's no pain, no sufferance No reason to be sad Or hide into the silence.

Having the pleasure of knowing you personally, I must say this is a very accurate reflection of your way of thinking. Stone cold realism.
Exceptional, I must say I love it. Keep writing.
As a meek curiosity, who told you writing would help clear your mind?

Thanks alot.
I wanted it to have some sort of a sudden end, expressing that you can get out of depression really fast if you're determined and you understand certain things.

"No reason to be sad"
What does reason have to do with it?

Usually misery starts off from a certain reason, but we keep finding other reasons to feel miserable. Out human nature makes us thirsty for attention.
