Buck is getting on in years. The time has come, and Buck will be resigning in his capacity as a public spiritual leader to uphold the dignity of his former office. He is experiencing a watery left eye, possibly because of infection. In the distance you can see his place of meditation, a wicker basket. Buck now has a new meditation area cushioned with more advanced upholstery. The new meditation area is in the same location. A greater range of motion is possible with the new cushions, and we have tried several varieties.
Wisdom is a gift not lightly bestowed. Humans are notoriously picky eaters. It is sometimes necessary that we defer to the wisdom of other palettes. Happily, in addition to his work as a guru, Buck taste tests many foods. Very few delicacies can turn him away from cream. Buck has developed many peaceful ways unusual among young cats, and rarely eats vegetables. Unfortunately Buck is easily agitated and has not lost the playfulness of his days as a kitten. When we are cooking, he will sometimes knock objects, even his pets, off the counter.
This is Buck's famous chili recipe (stolen from Martha Stewart). Although the recipe insists on Mexican beer, we have never used Negro Modelo, Corona, or Dos Equis. Buck prefers PBR and the placid chili that results. Full Recipe Available Here!
Beer Chocolate Chili

1/4 cup chili powder
2 tablespoons whole cumin seeds
1 teaspoon cayenne
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons dried Mexican or regular oregano, crumbled between your fingers
3 bay leaves
2 teaspoons light or dark brown sugar
4 pounds boneless beef chuck, trimmed and cut into 1 1/2- to 2-inch cubes
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt, divided
3 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
3 medium onions, coarsely chopped (about 4 cups)
1 1/2 cups chopped celery, including leaves
6 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
2 jalapeno chiles, roughly chopped
One 12-ounce bottle dark Mexican beer, such as Negro Modelo
2 tablespoons tomato paste
One 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes
1 ounce semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
3 tablespoons masa harina (corn flour, not cornstarch)
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
Grated cheddar cheese, for garnish
Chopped green onion, for garnish
Sour cream, for garnish

Is that an actual picture of the of chili you cooked? Or is it just from internet pictures?

I was taught by some of the most distinguished speech-language pathologists and psychologists in the world. If you are not native to an English-speaking region, or if the education system has not worked in your favor, it is possible some of what I say will fall on deaf ears. A great deal of communication is a socioeconomic consequence (e.g. upper class have a unique dialect, middle class are usually very idiosyncratic). Guests have joked, "110 IQ cat!" I doubt Buck's IQ is 110 when he helplessly claws and needs their leather purses worth hundreds of dollars. Buck has mastered many powers beyond expectation, but if ignored he will paw loafers and wrestles with sandals. I guess it's impossible to beat cats at mind games.

I like it. I've since gone to adding BBQ sauce for sweetness instead, but chocolate is worth a try.

Food looks awesome, too bad I'm not friends with the kitchen. Also negra Modelo is not easy to get here

Cats can't cook chili. I think you're making the chili and then giving credit to the cat. I know what I'm talking about because one time I saw a dog with a facebook page, and later I found out that the dog was not actually posting and it was the human who was behind the posting.

BBQ sauce is savory. It is ok on chicken and turkey chilis. Personally I would avoid it on ground beef, ground chuck. Also does not refrigerate well.
