Going to rob that workout routine.....i always looking for new ones to do as i too want to exercise (and i do) but i hate wasting my time having to do it lol. I'd much rather be gaming, so a 7 minute workout after my 15minute bike after work sounds perfect

I tried the workout for fun after reading this, and it's pretty difficult! Even for a guy in pretty good shape. If you make it a daily thing it's going to bring some results.

Someone decided to revise that workout as apparently it didn't target all of the major muscle groups. That person is a trainer so he has some expertise, if you guys want you can read about his comments on that article:

I have a bunch of stories that are good but not at that level yet. Diligent hard work on one at a time. Aggressive workshopping. That's the strategy.
