Fun Read. My opinion is that if you "use" someone, like you're using her by omitting the information that you feel "mentally superior," it's less genuine. See, if you "suspend disbelief," she can do the same. When you repress a side of yourself that actually exists, you make yourself unaware of her versions of those things. If you try not to see you're dishonesty you will be tryign not to see all dishonesty, and thus she can pull the same moves on you! That's some hinduism mixed with psych for ya.

don't be too involved in the idea of "liking." that's something kids do. If she wants emotional closeness with you, she might want physical closeness, and vice-versa, but maybe not.

Be honest. Don't idealize her. When you make a move from a place of honesty the demons of failure will be real, thus easier to cope with than fake ones.Those are mirage-esque hallucinations because they come from idealizations.
