Today's practice went very very well.
Even though we only played one game this one game was a complete success.
Because I was limited on time I prepared a little pushing line-up consisting of Nature's Prophet, Tinker, Lone Druid, Leshrac and Rubick.
The Draft:
When the drafting started I picked Furion and Lone Druid as my first picks.
For some reason the first picked Tidehunter and followed it up with TA and Warlock.
Because I wanted the Leshrac really badly I ignored the slipped through Nyx and went for the Leshrac pick.
So we entered the second banning phase.
As they had their supports already they went straight into an Alchemist hard-carry pickup and therefore let me pick the Nyx.
With the Nyx in my line-up and a quite strong tri-lane versus their weak tri-lane (only the Alchemist stun) we instantly decided to go aggressive.
When they last picked the Ancient Apparition we were a bit confused first and thought they would off-lane the Tidehunter but in fact it was the AA soloing against our Prophet.
Even though I planned to pick the Tinker first I decided we would be better off with an Invoker dominating the lane versus the TA and so I picked up the Invoker hoping he would add enough pushing power with his spirits.
The Game:
The game started and at 2:30 we scored first blood killing the Alchemist.
Quite happy about the little gold boost on my Druid we tried to push the lane down and score the first Tower kill but Alchemist's Acid Spray prevented such things from happening.
So we went on pressuring their carry trying to farm up a little and score the next kill.
After a little clash at 8:30 and a trade of the Nyx for their entire tri-lane we realised the time had come to push down towers.
Both Chippy on the Leshrac and Beana on the Nyx tp'd up to Long on his solo Nature's Prophet and pressured the tower until it had to give in to the constant attacks.
The game continuing like this Long started to split push while the four of us started roaming and scored tower kill after tower kill until at the 19 minute mark every outer tier tower had fallen.
Unfortunately there was still some resistence by them and they thought I was the biggest threat to them and therefore focused me in every team fight.. (ruined my stats

Because Robin was able to claim a lot of kills due to his awesome laning phase he snowballed a lot and when we finally started pushing all of the lanes at the same time the pressure was too much and we overwhelmed their defense claiming all three sets of rax at 30 minutes.
The Conclusion:
So why am I so happy about this practice even though it was just a normal win?
We always used to have problems being the ones to initiate and push down towers.
Normally we would just sit there farming for 50 minutes until our opponents decided to run into us and die to the superior farm.
In this game we played very aggressively and used every single advantage we had.
This means we finally fixed our positioning AND passivity problem and are now able to play a wide variety of line-ups.
This said I hope you enjoyed reading my post and I wish you all a nice evening.
