I have also been spending some time in the day9 group, teamliquid group, and adopt a newb (noob?) group helping people out offering some of my personal insights and trying to help people figure out the trends in games that are becoming standardized builds for HoTS.
So, if your looking for help, or to be helpful, or just some freindly banter and metagame discussion, come join! More experienced players are also more than welcome as me and one friend of mine are the only people currently and i am trying to help as many people as i can so some people are having to wait for a little bit of advice/tips/tricks (3 base at soft cap vs 2 base at hard cap incomes etc) ov/scout timings/what to expect when u scout in different matchups, and what u learn from those scouts. Also discussion on resource management, and cost efficiency (although i am not incredibly knowledgable here quite yet). The main goal is to help other people so no comments like "your a dumb noob" blah blah blah trolls will be banned. I will have absolutely zero tolerance and NO PROBLEM AT ALL in dropping the Ban hammer for such. a little bit of BM back and forth after a practice match or a little bit of smack talk are one thing, BUT DONT PUT DOWN PLAYERS TRYING TO IMPROVE. That doesnt help, and the point is helping. Tell your friends! I'll try to get to everyone at least once and then a follow up a few days later to check on progression/improvement, there are a few people vying for time and more coming all the time so please be patient and anyone with a good game knowledge is welcome to help out.
Thanks for reading this blog entry and look forward to more soon!
Let me know what u think here on forums and in game and please no trolls... i know there will be trolls, but please understand all you are doing is undermining the potential future of the community, not everyone can get to masters the first time they pick up the game, a lot of people plateau in skill at a certain point (which is different for everyone). And i genuinely would like to actually help other players.
Come join us! Or point your friends my way, just want to help out.
