So often when in negative states, I'm waiting for something - some sort of inspiration, some ideas - that will instigate a better mood which in turn will drive exemplary behaviour. That's backwards. It starts with good decisions.
I was somewhat inspired to share this experience in greater detail, but instead think I will keep it brief and use this time as an opportunity to act.
Stay tuned (or not). Tomorrow will be better than today which will be only so slightly eclipsed by the next. I will repeat until happiness or until a new theory.
