Yesterday (07.02.2012) I've played in my first Playhem (Bronze and Silver) ever and it was awesome! I've lost in Ro8 so for my first time I consider it good. Now when I think about it - it's just because I've lost in Best of 3 so I could feel like in real tournament where You can make a comeback after losing a game
So lets analyze those games!
Ro64 - TvZ on TalDarim Altar LE vs Snoops
First of all, my TvZ is really bad. I'm using reactor helion opening into 4tank/combat shield @ 9-10minute mark timing. The thing is I'm just bad at positioning tanks, leap frogging them etc.
With my scouting SCV I see he is going pool first which is making me suspicious, but still not enough to change my mind. In some way it made me feel better because I was sure I'm ahead. Of course my play had many macro flaws, for example getting OC @14 supply, but still tried my best to get helions and transition smoothly.
My two helions were caught by lings and one of them died, I knew that with my amazing silver macro I wont kill those lings so I went to scout his main and saw this:

and still no expo in natural. My first tought: baneling bust, which means bunkers! I was a bit afraid so it delayed my expo and scared me not to push at 9:30 because my tank positioning is bad
Also @9:40 I saw roaches so I decided to macro more.Finally, natural @12:30! Weeee!
My push at @14 was partially destroyed because I didnt sent 1-2 marines in front of my army and many of them died killed by banelings, at least, I was fighting for some map control.
Still no hatch at his natural, but some mutas there - really strange, I was sure he has some ninja expo. Now all can see best tank positioning EU!
@18 minutes mark I scan his rockless 3rd position (not sure why not sent 1 marine there...) and proceed to kill it! After killing it I elevate into his main, but my drop is seen because they are shooting extractor
This is situation @20 minutes mark - awesome, 39 SCVs lol!

While I push his main, You can see again my best marine splits
After killing his whole main I was nearly sure that game is mine. Also, I've killed some overlords which made him really close to supply block.After this I've A-moved my forces to his ninja bases and won!
Still, Im awful in TvZ and should scout more.
Ro32 - TvT on GSL Metropolis vs margual
In my short SC2 history I've played as all races for at least one season (bronze silver level yay!) and I hate PvP and ZvZ. Not that much hate for TvT, but still, not my favourite matchup. My plan is 111 8marine/3 helion drop.
My scouting SCV luckliy gets into his base before he walls it off! Great, now we can scout gas timings, because I've checked him before game and his last TvT he went banshees.

@2:50 I was happy that I know it will not be banshee, but I was afraid - what it can be now. No matter what I started EngiBay @6:20, just in case
That was also moment of my push!Scan revealed his CC building and some raxes, probably 1rax expand, but also I've saw this

All I was sure, was that he couldn't have bigger or much better army. At 9 minute mark I've killed 7 workers and made him not mine, great! If my macro was better he wouldn't be only 1 SCV down.
Next drop occured @12 minutes which I consider good because I destroyed at least one reactor and again some SCVs.
My last drop that arrived at his 3rd at about 16 minutes was last in that game and again, maybe was not best drop in SC2, but still made him run around the map. Also, check that one marine in his main!

After this I moved out and again - my tanks not sieged, just like in TvZ, but killed his army and forced him to leave.
Ro16 - TvP on ESV Cloud Kingdom vs RedShadow
I consider my TvP as my best MU because I've played many customs with plat/diamond protosses and while I died nearly every game - I was pushed to my limits and learned much from it. Always going 1rax gasless and drops as soon as I have medivacs. I'm still playing around with when to add addons, when to get +1 and still be able to produce medivacs etc.
I scouted him having gas, nothing special, because he probably would like to get some Stalkers, but still had some feeling that it will be agressive push and... bam!

Just before my marauder :O I was really stressed as I wanted to show that my TvP is my best match up and because rarely I see such fast agression.
Hero marauder at 7:20 :D Also barerly holding that bunker up.
He still pushes me and I still nearly die every time he attacks, but putting my 2nd bunker up makes me fill nearly secure. Also favoring combat shield over stim because I was in defending position. When I started my medivacs I was sure that when they arrive, I'm safe and I win!

I'm dropping his base @13:51 and have no clue what to do - go for probes, go for tech, but I saw an Immortal. Unfortunately he survived

Scanning his expo said me few things, best of them? That I'm going to win!
I've just massed some more army, waited for stim and moved out! Really intense game for me and probably best from those I've played during that tournament.Ro8 - TvP vs nenwolc

It's strange but I'm not going to write as much about matches I've lost but just point few things:
Best scan EU reveals that he is going DT, but too late, I wasn't able to clear DTs easily. I didn't knew what he was going for, I felt safe because I tought he will tech now to colossus. Last time I saw Zealot/Archon was when I was playing Toss. 2 seasons ago... Also storms are good!

Losers pick, go Daybreak because its size might tell him "go macro dude". It didn't. My mind was destroyed after first loss, I couldn't focus enough. I even scouted he is going 1base and he will probably attack soon, but I forgot bunkers... GG

I'm going to play probably 2 Playhem Dailies a week. I hope I will have time and motivation to write everytime some analysis.
