Day 1:
Summary:
Ok so I got off to a slow start on the first day of my new goals, not waking up until midday . I hopped straight into coaching while eating breakfast and then had my next hour of coaching cancel. So w00t extra time to practice! I actually somehow only managed to play 15 ladder games though in the period from when i finished coaching shortly after 1pm until 6pm. I'll explain more on that later.
My brother had seen my blog and decided to help me meet my exercise goals and get himself back in shape we should start running together once a week. So I caught the train to his place and we ran the 8km back to mine where he grabbed the train home. This took close to an hour (god we're unfit) and then I watched GSL as a whole bunch of very interesting protoss players were playing PvZ such as JYP who I think has one of the best PvZ in the world (just was too 2-base oriented a few months back but has improved tremendously) and hence I try to learn what beats protoss by watching him play. Also I've had the pleasure of meeting JYP at IEM China and sharing cheap soju over K-BBQ so I'm always curious to track his progress through GSL. After GSL was finished I was waiting for a showmatch for a barcraft in Perth which never ended up happening as GSL ran quite late and instead was co-erced into a skype-acise session with my girlfriend! Basically this is like regular exercise but for people who are too lazy to motivate themselves so you call sum1 over skype, aim your webcam at where you're working out, and do a routine together!
Excercise:
8km run
Skypeacise: Pyramid: 5 pushups, 5 situps, 6 pushups, 6 situps.... as fast as possible up to 10 and then back down to 5. We only did up to 10.
Squats: 40 squats - haha I bet Dot's ass is in so much pain at work she's never done them before.
Abs: ~30 standard crunches, ~30 crunches (legs raised), ~30 crossovers each side, ~20 lower ab raises.
Games played, who I played, tournaments:
My mental state wasn't the best as I kept dieing to 2 raxes and blaming delay when the truth was that I just wasn't pulling enough drones at the right times. So I kept taking little breaks to cool off between games and then began hitting gateway opening protoss. This is SO rare at the level im at on the Korean ladder and as such I kept making the mistake of thinking if I spot 5 super fast gates after a 1 gate fe and very late 3rd/4th gas then the protoss is going to attack me. WRONG. that little army is just poking around the middle of the map while he throws up a 3rd and im still on 40 drones. I spot the 3rd with an overlord but my attempt to wrap up his army and punish him for his fake is thwarted by the architecture of antiga allowing a few FF to cut off all my slow-roaches and my ling numbers not being high enough to engage on their own. FML, from here I'm hardly up in supply the rest of the game and with great FF usage I just look pitiful. This happened a few times and i stayed in the games dragging them on well past when they were over and so I steadily got a bit more annoyed. I ended up asking my mate SQLTtYang to practice all sorts of all-in 4-6 gate pushes after a 1-3 gate expand on me so I could find that sweet spot where I can hold an all-in while taking a fast 3rd and droning quite hard. I remembered that staying on just 1 gas for ling speed, +1 (i prefer melee) and roaches is vital as if you take anymore you can't afford your 3rd queen to spread creep out and your 3rd base without severely cutting into your drone count. We practiced this for a while and suddenly it was time to make some lunch and head to my bros for our run.
Overall ladder score for the day 7-5. 4th in masters division with 1043 points

Conclusion:
Very few committments besides 1 hour of coaching, should have hit atleast 20 ladder games + extra customs. On the other hand great start to excercise with way more then I expected to do! Gunna start competing in playhems aswell and probly upload reps from there! Enjoy!
