In my opinion though, i kinda dislike players who excessively stack and pull camps. Nowadays when the opponent see the creep waves disappear, it's cue for them that they can most definitely get a free tower kill especially if they have chen/enc/furion/enigma. Like most teams never ever pull creeps against Navi because doing that means instant loss of T1 tower. Creep pulling is good but don't do it excessively because the heroes in your lane might not be able to hang on into the towers which is very important as well.

Hope you don't mind me pointing out some parts that made me wonder, or were perhaps just minor typing mistakes. On November 06 2011 00:09 Bumblebee wrote: I think it should be "there is".Lanes There are three lanes on DotA and there are more than one way to go about the lanes. Middle lane is sort of even between the two sides Does that mean it's not really perfectly even? Interesting.scenario where you have to solo lanes. "two"so you need to be able to recover without compromising other heroes or your job as a support (which is wards, ganking and making sure the others in your team are having the time they want to be having). This sentence ends abruptly - "your job as a support"... is something? ("will be unsuccessful", perhaps)If you manage to kill of Roshan three times in a single game, he will start dropping more than just the Aegis. Does the 3 counter include both teams, or is there a separate counter for each team? ("kill off", by the way)Rax & Towers "your enemy's Ancient Fortress" ("throne" is from Dota 1, but they changed it for Dota 2, as it's too WarCrafty )If you want to break down the main purpose of the game, it's all about eliminating your enemies throne. Basics that I thought could be briefly added: Ability, Level, Experience, Last-hit, Deny (particularly Denying towers) All in all, awesome introduction, thank you for posting it!

Seems like a pretty good change, having to empty your bottle was hardly an interesting mechanic...and judging by it being changed, wasn't intended either!

One thing I'm curious about is, does last hitting in dota2 use the 66% exp denied against ranged and 33% denied against melee heroes?
