Hello there, I was wondering, after having casted the TL Open in Spanish before, how you guys think I did

The casting itself seemed fine, although it would be nice if you could work on your camera control so the screen doesn't zip around too fast or in a jerky way.

Many pauses, nervous voice, low knowledge of the players or the spanish translation for buildings...
Sry to put it this way, but it was really bad. Not trying to be harsh, but sincere.
You have to work on your fluency casting a fucking ton. Get rid of that nerves ASAP, they are the worst thing you can ever expect from a caster.
btw, keep it up and improve fast.

I try to translate as little as possible when I cast in Spanish. Why? Well, I want the Spanish speaking community to be able to at least grasp what a caster is saying when he/she speaks in English and the viewer does not speak English. I do this by mainly keeping everything related to building names and units in English unless their name in Spanish is pretty similar.
I will work for sure in the nerves though. My fluency is good already, though it can be better and will definitively work on it.
btw, keep it up and improve fast.

You know zero about me, but not gonna start a discussion about something as stupid as this.

You said: "rate my spanish casting"
and not: "rate my spanglish casting, half english half spanish for your lenguage learning pleasure"
If I knew this I would have shut my mouth hard and not even give any feedback.

I don't have the time to watch right now but I'd love it if you kept it up! Been trying to find some Spanish-speaking casters/players to improve my Spanish in a fun way. guess I've found one!

Well, I want the Spanish speaking community to be able to at least grasp what a caster is saying when he/she speaks in English and the viewer does not speak English. I do this by mainly keeping everything related to building names and units in English unless their name in Spanish is pretty similar.
This is a terrible idea, it breaks the flow of your casting and makes everything too forced.
This is the main problem I have with non english casts, they forcefully implement the english based appelations and names into there casts and the result is not enjoyable.
The rest of the cast was fine, as said before you sound a bit nervous but that is fixed by experience, but really, half english, half something else kills the cast for me

The analysis is done exclusively in Spanish, just the name of buildings and units mainly in English.
