Well this is what I did with an hour or two of my day but I found out I don't really want it in my post it clashes to much with the format. But I would like some feedback on it and see what everyone thinks. about it.
Forgot to add that this is pretty much my first use of PS. I have done a couple things in the past but not very much at all. In total I think Ive used PS 5 times in 8 years (im kinda guessing)
EDITED: Got rid of the text in the original picture and I noticed I used the wrong format so I changed it.

it looks rly good the only thing i felt needs improvement is that guys face it looks rly weird maybe it just me anyways good job

It's alright. Nothing extremely eye-catching but nice work.
The contrast on the marine is too high compared to the contrast of the background. Specifically the blaring white and subsequent aliasing around some of its edges.
some more color blending would be good too. More yellows/greens in the blue. or more blues in the background. The rain looks funny at the top of the picture, you can blend that some more with a soft eraser.
for having the marine in the center, he's too small. Note the rule of thirds. Move him more to the right.

Thanks for the advice Im new to the PS scene and I see what you mean. The lack of yellows and greens in both the background and the marine sort of stand out a bit. The Marinne was meant to stand out from the background but the edges I shoulda blended a little more with the background.

Too pixely, and that's distracting in itself.
