He means third grade as in elementary school -> middle school grades one two and three so it was his third year in middle school

If you really want to, tell her how you feel and see what happens. If you fail it is nbd, and some sort of closure to the situation will help you move on. all imo of course.

I've always taken pride in my intellect and intelligence but this guy she's with was always better than me in school and even managed to get 100% on the end exam in math with the hardest teacher our school had to offer. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO COMPETE WITH THAT?!?

Yea, I'm pretty sure this is the first things girls look at when choosing a guy. If they got a 100% on the end exam in math. You clearly don't have a chance with this girl; you're just not smart enough.

Attraction, it's a choice. Before I decide that I'm attracted to a girl, I look into her various categories such as test scores, IQ results, BMI, and logical thinking capacity. That way I can make an accurate decision on whether or not I'm attracted to her. I'm sure she thinks exactly the same way when looking for guys!

is your school performance the only thing you pride yourself in? really, who gives a fuck if he scores higher on tests.

he doesn't care for her as much as you do, and he probably isn't as good to her as you would be. have some confidence in yourself and move forward.

you can avoid her, delude yourself into thinking that it'll never work out and that you're worthless, and regret it while longing for her for years to come if you really want to though, i guess.

1. She's not the one. I know this because you never had an emotional connection with her and you have no way of knowing that she was perfect for you.

2. It's not a matter of you vs him. It's about your lack of self-confidence and how you choose to deal with the situation by whining over the internet. Is there any way to "get" her in your current state? Probably not (lol). So instead of being dramatic, why not focus on yourself mentally, physically, financially, whatever, and get to a level where she's the one chasing you because you're such a "high value" person. And the irony will be that once you're in that position, you'll laugh at how she was never the perfect person you imagined her to be.

Even though I wouldn't have the courage too, telling her how you feel is always a good thing to do. Even if things don't go well there'll at least be closure as lemonwalrus mentioned. Otherwise there really is nothing you can do, just don't let it get to you.

There is no beneficial outcome whatsoever from confessing in his position!
The best course of action is to stop communicating with her. If she truly is the one (which I highly doubt), a long period without any contact will help neutralize her view of him during which he can better himself (in ways I mentioned above) and improve his chances of establishing any sort of emotional connection with her when he meets her again for the "first" time.

that guy seems pretty handsomely awesome. don't cause drama for them, you really have no chance. you're mean to her, you're a nerd and she's the popular girl, she has the most amazing boyfriend according to you, and honestly you don't seem to have the balls to make a proper move. my advice is to just realize that and move on, you had your shot at the girl and you didn't capitalize, don't fuck it up again. you should just bury the past away and just try to be happy with who you're with now.

I don't know what to say man. I can tell you one thing though. I consider myself to be more intelligent and handsome and what not than this one dude but this girl I had feeling for still chose him over me. And not just one fucking time. TONS. So it's not like all those factors would make a definite impact on the outcome. I think you should just screw it all and confess to her all your feelings. No matter what the result, you'll no longer have any regret and it'll make you get over it quicker (if it doesn't turn out happy) Good luck dude!
