For the record, I've been out of the game for about 4 months and only just got back in with laddering this week and so far I have only versed 1 Terran and the rest where Protoss. Literally.
Here are the Spore Crawler stats; (which I think you all would know but for the sake of my own memory)

It is a Dectector
Prerequisite(s) Evolution Chamber
Sight Range = 11
Detection Range = 11
Cost = 75 Minerals
Build Time = 30 Seconds
Hit Points = 400
Armor = 1
It is a Biological Structure Type that counts as Armoured
Damage = 15, and only targets Air
Attack Speed = 0.86
Range = 7
And has Uproot and Root abilities that take 1 second and 12 seconds to use respectively.
This is how I place my spores depending on what I am trying to fend off.
For Phoenix

2 Spore crawlers in the mineral line and the Queen in between them. Now there is a subtle effect on the drones mining but I find this formation to be the least obtrusive and most defensive. If they still decide that their 5 phoenix are enough and do lift up your Queen, its obvious you get the spores to focus the channelling phoenix.
For Banshee

I find this to be the most effective way of dealing with them. Shoving them both in the mineral line just allows the banshee to pick off your hatch, which is very annoying...
Banshees are harder to deal with, mainly because they directly attack ground units and buildings.
If they are in larger numbers, 3-4 banshee's, then placing a third spore in your mineral line, or shuffling the spores around to compensate is a good idea, but you shouldnt have to if you double queen.
Left over spore crawlers are not completely useless, if you see them moving out to attack you, and you know they dont have banshees/phoenix, then move your spores to the front of the line to where you want to engage. They always come in handy, picking off medivacs, hitting down collosus, observers etc.
Now im just going to slip with in here, this is just my thoughts and methods on dealing with these two types of early harass, and im mainly talking in a pre-lair sense. I dont suggest using these against Gayray's (voidrays), instead, just mass up queens as detection isnt needed and transfuse will see you through.
Replays?
None from my own games, the people I play at the moment are only high gold players, so they are usually late with the harass and allow me to scout them easily etc. All toss players seem to be just forge expanding into phoenix harass
