Had a nightmare... There were investments flooding from Dubai into Persia because Dubai's own economy had its bubble burst. That boosted Persia's GDP 8 times but also caused very strange stuff. River waterfalls started flowing backwards, from the bottom to the top due to the overloaded economy of Persia. The area in general was pleasant, green and high amount of trees, almost jungle like even. I was flowing in one of those rivers, moving backwards in the river, having water splash my face from unexpected directions due to the reversed water flow. There was still the typical curved structure to the waterfall, but the "tearing" of the water that is normally at the lower part of the waterfall happened at the top. Sometimes it even seemed some of the water re-reversed and started flowing the right way again. In any case, i was not amused.
Somehow i managed to get out of the situation and discovered myself on top of a cliff looking over the river and its waterfall in the distance. I was competing for some sort of prize, though no one else was there. My goal was to shoot a bazooka all the way to the waterfall. The plateau on top of the cliff was sloped downwards, which made it difficult to correctly judge the angle . I in fact had to shoot the bazooka in prone position being afraid that the recoil would make me lose my balance and tip down the cliff, as i was quite close to the edge in order to observe the path of the rocket.
The first shot I tried to shoot at more of a horizontal angle, similarly to the angle discus throwers use. This would hopefully get the lift effect for the little rocket at make it fly all the way to the waterfall. Unfortunately, it fell way short, leaving me frustrated. I tried a second time then, getting it a solid high angle to make sure it would follow a good ballistic path.
I shot the second rocket and noticed it fly up a very high angle, much more than i anticipated, as it was slowing down on its upward path i was holding my breath, not sure what was going to follow. To my dread i saw the rocket(now out of fuel presumably) start falling back towards me! The headwind at higher altitudes mustve been strong enough to completely reverse its horizontal speed component. I was panicing, paralyzed at what was happening, the rocket fiercly closing the distance between it and me. I couldnt stand up and try to move, i just laid there with the bazooka over my shoulder. And then it hit me, straight into the belly. I wasnt sure if i was decapitated or merely gored and had my bottom half removed, but i was sure i was going to die. Luckily i woke up though i felt very tired and slept some more on the bus on the way to college but the dream still haunts me.
