Do you think sth like low dose amphetamine which highers concentration, focus and thought speed the way glucose/sugar does aswell might be highering starcraft 2 playing abilities? Also alot of research chemicals like 4FMP or Methylon/Mephedrone are proven to higher the speed of thought process and endurance in low dose experiments. Noone might consider drug abuse as possible in the esport scene so noone ever checks for that.

I'd be terrible if I smoked weed and played, and I have tried playing drunk (which resulted me in losing games I could have rolled the other player in, sober).
I'm pretty sure any ADD Medication/Amphetamine/"Study drug" would likely make it easier to train, but I don't know how much influence it would have on the actual individual games. I think it'd likely just make it easier to sit down, play 4 hours straight, and go over every replay in depth.
Personally I wouldn't mind the chance to try that out, but I don't have a way to get any of that stuff (or money for it anyway).
I ladder almost exclusively with my bowl next to me, loaded. So I dunno, I have less fun playing sober, and things like...I "rage" pretty hard sometimes, mostly just cause I know I fucked it up pretty hard and herpin your derp pretty hard is never fun. When I'm baked it's all good fun and I'm laughing and shit, never actually mad. (act pretty mad online though, gets some wonderful responses! xD)
When I'm sober though I think it's a little more real rage, which is a big nono....so ya, I try to not do things that can piss you off a whole lot sober when I can xD
ADHD medications like adderal increases focus and reduces nerves, there is actually a market for them in colleges and university because students use them to study and take tests.
Smoking weed just makes me not over think my actions which can be helpful for not second guessing myself, but when i get into an unpracticed situation i flounder.
wow since some speak it out straight, I played alot of my teamgames on weed and I never get mad which helps alot finding friends and being positive about learning from mistakes. Charlie would say "winning" :DD but in the end I play better when Iam sober.

if you think your uberfast while youre smoking weed your smoking bad weed Also ive bought weed once in berlin and they gave me so few for so many money. And the weed was pretty bad. All kinds of shit stuff in it
I tried to play some starcraft while a little buzzed from drinking and it didn't work out very well. Never tried smoking weed and playing though because i haven't smoked in a year. I know that adderall helps a lot with concentration and speed and is also really big in other gaming scenes, but im pretty new to the starcraft scene so i don't know if there is a history of abuse or not.
Well amphetamine isnt illegal for no reason but there is much more on the market with altered molecules giving you the same low dose experience and not getting you atleast bodily addicted. Ive tried methylon once and I dunno how to describe it. Flies are actually hard to catch cause for them everythings looking slow motion cause they take way more pictures per second of the enviroment than humans. It felt like that. Was ages ago tho.
However, I think drug abuse is atleast possible, totally not recommendable tho.
Caffeine FTW! In all honesty it probably has/will happen. However, I could see it leading to mixed results as I would have to imagine it would be hard to get the right blend all the time. Also, once addicted it would be hard to practice without it. Long term use of alot of these drugs kinda mess people up from what I understand.
