In silver league, I have been going through a huge variety of strategies that allow you to win so fast stupid cheap strats. And, after being on 3-0 winning streak, I have gone through a 0-10. I really did. I myself rushed for once, and I'm rushed for 9 times.

Part 11 - Rush Hour

After Lobo started slumping, Infrawhite contacted to the Overmind for the updates:

Infrawhite: Master, what do you think of Lobo's slump?
Overmind: Well, cerebrate. I don't think it's a good thing, but it happens to every cerebrate of that experience and skill level. And, another thing to consider: These noobz won't even stand a chance against Lobo in a macro battle, so they just rush him and try to win. Let me show you some of the cheapest strats that Lobo has gone through.

1- Nuke Rush:

Overmind: These rushes are of course interruptable, but Lobo's scouting is so inferior to other cerebrates. And just because of that, skilless noobz can win over Lobo so easily.
Infrawhite: But what should he do?
Overmind: He has to react better to these strats.
Infrawhite: But how?
Overmind: I have no idea. Since we have been created, we always were able to find strategies against rushes. I'm sure, Lobo can find his own strats as well.
Infrawhite: Yes, master.
Overmind: Bring Lobo against another cerebrate of us, and let's see if he can hold his rush:

Lobo took the necessary equipment to the practice house called scrap station, and started his new assignment.

Infrawhite: I know you can do it, Lobo.

"You larva, morph to drone. You drones, go work. Overlord, go scout him."

His overlord met the other cerebrate's overlord, and kissed it in the middle.

"Oh, he too is coming to scout me. Nice."

Lobo scouted his opponent's strategy.



"Hahahaha, 6pool :D and on this map :D no way :D you larva, morph into a drone, you too, I want every larva to turn into a drone. You drone, morph into a pool, you drone, into extractor, I'm gonna kick some serious butt here."

Overmind: Lobo, what are you planning?
Lobo: You will see.

And, what Lobo planned turned into a reality.





"Ooooooooh, that's the way aha aha I like it aha aha :D:D:D"

And his pool was finally built, his lings are on the way, and his opponent was so nervous because his initial rush did not work. He made a panic-attack, and eventually lost it.





So, Lobo won another battle, after losing 10 times in a row.

And he also has a reaction mindset against 2 types of opponents:

Zerg: Don't mess your original build order. Drones are able to pick off Zerglings, and even if you lose drones, he still will have less drones because he either 6pooled or 7pooled. Build a spine crawler and some lings, you're fine.

Protoss: If you see 1 gate core, go fast evo and fast lair and prepare for an air strike. If you see 2 gate core, go lair after going roach warren. If you see nothing or just a forge, check nearby locations.

Terran: No idea for now.

@StarSwinger: I'm sorry for not being able to show up for the Novice Cup #2, I just had everything that can go wrong. Sorry about that. I hope I can be there for Novice Cup #3.

Another one about ESL OGZ Cup, I have capoeira training from 17.00 to 19.00, and I have to check in at 19.30-19.40. Lol, I still don't have a clue about how I will be able to do it. Being at home at 20.00 is an easy thing, but that check-in issue will be difficult. I hope I can reach my computer on time.
