I almost forgot to blog this.
I don't claim I am the first to discover this; it's pretty obvious. But I think it's "interesting" enough that I will share it.
If you played the FF14 beta, you would know that you have a lot of choices over the visual features of your character. One option is on the matter of "Face" (there are 4 types). It turned out that this feature has a lot more to it! Just examine the two screenshots I've taken and you will see.

If you can't tell the difference, download the two pictures to your hard drive, then open them through the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer, then rotate the two pictures using its "Next Image"/"Previous Image" feature. It should be very obvious.

Just look at the two images I linked. One has a "Type 1 Face", the other one has a "Type 2 Face". Try to find the actual difference between the two types of "faces".

That is correct. The option for "face" actually tweaks the breast size of the character in FF14.
