No, it's not the same as taking a tattoo. Tattoo is a tattoo, always, but when it comes to breasts theres natural and fake ones. There is no "fake tattoos".
Most men don't prefer fake tits to smaller real ones btw, or care much of breast size if they're nice shape and feel... So yes, if she takes them she will be doing it mainly for herself, she will look sexier mostly in her own head. :D

that's interesting that a girl would get breast implants just to move up to a B cup, i find this alot better use of something like this than the typical slut who gets DD's, so good for her

Not sure about the fake boobs, but going to korea sounds good to me. Just make sure you check the doctor's credentials wherever you go like others said. also, B cups sound good if she's a small girl, glad she didn't decide on something outrageous.
Oh and I support your decision to support her decision, so many people on TL who just posted don't have GFs and have never even seen another woman irl, so I would just ignore their "I want natural boobs only!" posts.

Usually this is a sign of low self-confidence, which unfortunately will not be fixed with surgery. Whatever decision she chooses to make in this particular regard, tread carefully.

I don't blame her for wanting bigger boobs. It's like guys wanting a bigger penis, except it's not as easy lol. Plus, if you asked any girl if they would have their boobs done for free, almost everyone would prolly take it as long as they were guaranteed to come out alive.

Ughhhhh wish it wasn't an issue for girls to have small boobs. Sure, big boobs are fine... but there's much more important things to think about.

like her vanity and gross lack of self-esteem

but that doesn't mean i think the situations is particularly dire
