Plus some of my family also know the surgeon and hes apparently really good at what he does. | ||

You will notice the difference, but they are fine, anyway. In health matters, no one can surely knows what could happen in something like 40 years, but yes, saline are (as far as I could know) the safest choice right now. Anyway, I wouldnt be much happy if my girlfriend wanted to get an implant. It would be her decision anyway, but i would let her to know that I dont want that. Anyway, my girflriend has big boobs. Getting an implant is not so different as a tattoo. She needs to be sure about some change in her body that is suposed to last all of her life. I think that if you can trust your girlfriend's judgement about it, no one here should say a shit about it. Its your girl... and most important, its her body. If she is allright with it, she doesnt need any more, and if she asks you about it, is because you have a good relationship where you both can talk about your fears and wishes. I want to say you that your blog post made me happy, and I hope that if she made the surgery either of you are going to regret later. Good luck and have fun (with the new boobs) 5/5 for the honesty and because i love TL edit: if you are really like her, is she whom you find sexy, not her boobs. If she is made up about it, support her and help her to know her new body. | ||
