If you stream in Screen Mode, the mouse cursor is displayed while playing SC2, I don't know why I didn't try this sooner. My setting is Full(Window) for sc, don't think that matters though. The four corners get covered by SC2 itself. So the corner scrolling and such works fine.
I have begged and bugged and bitched and complained figured that I am not the only streamer out there who hasn't figured this one out yet. Enjoy. I still see tons of streams with no cursor but clicks only. This is the fix! yay just tested it myself.
Final Note: I had to match the resolution of 1024x768 in Procaster's video output option. My desktop is 1024x768 and Procaster was set at 920x760 or something like that, and the letters were unreadable. So I just set the option to match my desktop. The quality is fine now, and it is lag free.
So to anyone who watches my stream we will have mouse cursor display finally! yay! SC Streams just aren't SC Streams without mouse cursor display.

I usually stream in game mode because I feel like streaming a 1680*1050 desktop screen is gonna lag like crazy. Do you have any lags using screen mode?
Edit: Wow I completely missed the part where you actually said it was lag free. I wonder if its the same for higher resolutions though.

Yeah I'm not sure why the game mode is so dumb. Screen mode is a lot better, not only for the cursor showing up but you can also put other things on the stream instead of just SC2 as well, just incase the need arises.

well i get no lag, and the higher the resolution the harder on the connection. I could only stream about 768x576 video output on procaster. Then along came a phone call stating that I wasn't getting my full speed. Now i can stream 1024x768 video output for both the game and screen modes, so I figure whatever resolution in game mode is playable will be playable in screen mode.
