Now I'm scared if this is actual legit 4 dollars 1 year thing. It seems and sounds like a really good super deal but..... I don't know.... sounds a bit..... sketchy.....

If only I can get NY Times that cheap, then WOOT!

But I never read the WIRED so can someone give some feedback and opinion on the mag?

You shouldn't be concerned by the price. Magazines such as wired are completely supported by advertisers. The only reason they do not offer the magazine free is that thier advertisers would oppose it since reduces people's perceived value of the magazine and hence the ads.

I just saw this on slickdeals. Too bad you get a year's worth of Wired for donating to Ars Technica, which I did.

Seem like a really, really great deal folks. Wired is excellent.
