Dude we get snow in the DC area a couple times every year but usually its like 2-4 inches and melts in a day. Or the storm track shifts and what was supposed to be 10 inches of snow turns into "a dusting on grassy surfaces."
Not this time, this time is 15-20 inches solid... possibly more. I had a final exam at school tonight but our professor told us to not even try to come... So it's a take home final LOOOOL YES.
I think I'll have to venture out tomorrow and get some amazing photos.... I can't WAIT!
I LOVE SNOW>!>!>!>!!>!!<!><!!!>!!!!

I live on the borderline of the pink/white. GG YOU. I will be enjoying the nice, seasonal snow that comes maybe once every three years.

Our schools never close due to snow, well I remember once when it was 2 meters of snow but I wasn't even old enough for school at that time so I don't know lol

I was expecting to see a dozen weakened ultras get killed by one storm or something.

The problem is that a lot of places near here are not prepared for heavy snow. It cripples us because a majority of people are not used to driving in it. We maybe get like 4 inches a YEAR of snow that doesn't even stick.

The last time it snowed here was December 20th, 1998. I remember people running out of their houses going, "HOLY SHIT IT'S SNOWING", etc. White Christmas after all?

Holy crap, this is really rare. But we'll have to wait and see. Anytime a big snowstorm is predicted it turns out to only be a couple inches.

had a fun storm in california not to long ago, snowed a lot lower than normal. where i live i've had snow maybe twice in like 13 years, and it usually melted by noon. this time it stayed around for about a week from just one night of snowing.
oh and the power was out for three days, that was fun.
