Just some tips for you man. 1) For me, I usually cook my own food when I'm home. I think that home-made food is much more nutritious and healthy then food made outside. This is because food made otuside is generally made for profits whereas food made at home is for your own pleasure and delight. I really like making salads with some lettuce, butterheads and tomatoes with some boiled chicken in salt water. Add some soya sauce with it and eat it. Not too much sauce tho. Maybe like 1 tablespoon. 2) Set out an exercise regime. In reality, its possible to lose weight just by cutting down on food intake and eating the right stuff. Exercising will make it faster and it will also get you fitter. Running slowly for around 15 minutes every 2 days is good. You will want to increase pace as the weeks go by or as you deem yourself fit to. You know your own body best. Hope you'll have fun

Then if you have time for swimming pool 1+ hour of swimming, it becomes plain easy to remove absolutely all the visible fat in a matter of days. p.s. i found running or going to gym multiple times worse than swimming, even useless for losing weight, not only you waste much less energy, but organism endures ridiculous stress, which then backfires, metabolism going all weird. I'd say good luck OP, but no luck needed.

When I'm in the gym and I see someone who's a bit overweight or not lifting as much, I think waay more of them rather than thinking less, because they're there and trying. After all, it's all about feeling good about yourself in the end, no?

Recently I've just been drinking water whenever that happens, and I find that it keeps me more awake and more energetic than eating something. Also, when you start doing more intensive exercise, you'll need more water to replenish what you've lost by sweating. Listen to this guy.
