Just as I got home, I got a call from my Mom saying my Dad was in the E.R. I asked what was wrong but all she could tell me was that he didn't feel really well and got taken to the E.R. My family doesn't know whats wrong as they're waiting for a diagnosis - I just -
EDIT1: Got a call from my mom, she is coming to pick me up while my brother stays with my father as he knows more than us, and apparently nothing was wrong but they are doing a catscan to get further itty bitty details
EDIT2: okay, so I just got back from the hospital Until the catscan results showed up, I was tearing up like mad, - not knowing what could be. Even though I don't express how much I love him on average at all (and the fact that I haven't cried with such feelings since like 10 years ago), I couldn't help but cry like a baby but- The catscan showed that it was a kidney stone about 3mm large, which has been moving around from his left back to the front. THANK GOD it's nothing too serious like an infection or something worse. But to see someone like my dad, who's always been strong and there for me and my family, in ridiculous pain and hurting, I still couldn't help but tear up afterwards The hospital is going to remove it tomorrow morning around 730 by laser or something, but he has to suffer another. . . . 5 hours. He's being hospitalized until then
Thanks TL for keeping me on check

Something similar happened a couple months ago, where i got a call that my dad had felt faint at work and was taken to a NY hospital, and it was rly worrying. however, after some rest and consultation he's doing pretty good. Hope it works out for you.

At least nothing seems to be seriously wrong. Family in the hospital sucks. GL man.

Dont' worry, everything will be fine. I'll be praying though.
I know the "everything will be fine" statement is very cliche, but it is true. If you calm down a bit, everything really does turn out to be fine (learned from experience)!

Better safe then sorry, always. Glad your dad wasn't seriously hurt. Hearing someone you love is in the E.R. can bring up so many crazy, horrible theories in your thoughts.
