Hey guys!
So two weeks ago I decided to get a new phone since the one I have now sucks (w890i dont buy it people).
Anyway, I wanted a Android phone and decided since it hasnt been launched yet I had to buy it from germany, so I looked up reviews of german sites and ended up ordering from one with good reviews and a couple of security features (so I can get my money back if they decide to rip me off).
Well I emailed them last week since I didnt get a confirmation on the order to my email, had to do it in german and got a guy on IRC to translate it for me. I translated the reply from them on google translate (which fucks up the grammar so cant use it for emailing them), and they said they'd just orderd the phone from their supplier and that it was suppose to ship "within a few days".
So back to my problem: I want to email them and ask why they havent sent it yet, but (as I said before) I dont speak/write german. I can sort of understand most german I read though.
So if any kind soul feels like translating this for me it'd make my day:
"Hello!
I emailed you last week with questions about my order (Order ID: xxxx) for a cellphone, and you said you would ship it within a few days. That was a week ago, and I still havent gotten any confirmation of it being sent or when it will be sent.
Could you please give me a approximate date of shipping and/or arrival?"

Letzte Woche habe ich ihnen eine Email geschickt, mit fragen ueber die Details meiner Bestellung (order ID) fuer das Android Handy. Als Antwort wurde mir gesagt, dass der Artikel in wenigen Tagen zugeschickt wird. Das war aber ueber eine Woche her und bis jetzt habe ich immer noch keine Infos oder E-Mail Bestaetigung fuer den Versand bekommen.
Koennten sie mir nochmal sagen, wann ungefaehr der Artikel mir zugeschickt wird und wie lange es dauert bis ich es endlich bekomme?

Is that some crazy accent or something? I mean, my German isn't very good but I barely recognise any of those as words. Looks like bad spelling or something. I'm keen to learn what this is.

English should be fine. So should Google translate. It's still at least as good German as the average German internet user speaks. Sad but true.

Könnten Sie mir daher einen etwaigen Termin nennen, an dem mir der Artikel zugeschickt wird?

there is (nearly) no way you can understand this as a non native german speaker
