I guess what I'm saying is for me personally dodging certain matchups because you know you're bad at them is no way to become better at this game.

Might be a great way to measure skill and get proper practice partners.

I believe my record since I started my goals is 9-3. Thanks to getting cheesed a few days ago, I learned how to scout it. Which came in handy today to getting above that two-thousand point mark. Woot. Now I just need to reach C-, which shouldn't be too hard. Maybe when I get to C, I'll start practicing another match-up. So far, I've just been playing PvT matches, and want to move on to PvZ next. This build I've been using, the Bulldog, is pretty sound for early aggression. I even went through it completely to see if I could somehow get a faster attack, but I still haven't found an efficient way... And I'm also looking for a D+/C- team to practice with. That speaks English. So far, no luck. The bulldog is suppose to be aggressive. Thats the entire point of the build. I suggest you practice more than just that one build, otherwise you're gonna run into huge problems later on (C- level). The point is, at D rank, playing PvT is one of the easier matchups, as D rank terrans tend to constantly lose to protoss players (macro and timing problems). Basically, you should also be learning other builds like 2gate goon, or 1 gate expo etc etc. If all you learn to do is bulldog everyone, then pretty soon your progress is gonna hit a wall. (also will leave you at a big disadvantage when playing someone in a Bo3/Bo5)
