Here's a small collection of 39 Anime-style wallpapers
All papers are .jpeg and in 1280x800 format (for laptops)

They're all very done IMO. I made sure not to include anything gross/weird or excessively "loli," and these were all personal favorites of mine at some point, so you'll probably find at least a couple that you like.
Also, here is a very nice freeware wallpaper changer:

It lets you make a list of wallpapers, and then it will randomly change your wallpaper to something on the list at whatever interval you choose. I listed a TON of wallpapers on mine and set it to change every 5 minutes, but its still pretty minimal on system resources. I'd recommend it if you've never tried anything similar.
