I just came back from working my chest and tricepts out. I was doing really good until I started doing the skull crushers. I laid on the bench and started doing my sets, it was going alright, but when I started doing the last set I started pushing myself harder because I was somewhat tired. Then for a second or less I did a rep in which my shoulder felt as if it got a little bit out of its socket, I immediately dropped the weight and my shoulder went back to its position and I started stretching to relieve it a little bit. It wasn't a painful experience but extremely annoying and I'm starting to worry whether it is something to worry about or not.
Right now it doesn't hurt at all but my shoulder is like a bit sore or something.
