I think that TSL is something special. While I don't want to wait a whole year perhaps a month or two would be good it doesn't loose it's feeling of "we are seeing something special here" That being said I can hardly wait until the next one begins!

I would love to see this start asap. Lets just keep the number of invites down this time. The people that won their spots did so well in TSL3.

Don't wanna spoil the fun of TSL. once or twice a year is just great, it's how it's been going anyway so don't change it too drastically, so maybe once or twice a year. Wanna keep TSL special

The poll is a little misleading imo. Just because you start qualifiers now doesn't mean the tournament has to begin anytime soon does it?

Anyway, I suppose that it would be best to do the TSL as a Bi-Annual event, keep it special but not so far apart that people forget etc. I mean 12 months is a LONG time.

I think we should wait a little, just to keep the magic alive. TSL shouldn't be any humdrum tourney. Remember when the first TSL3 announcement came out? People went nuts because its a rare and prized event. I think the TSL has (at this point, and only in the eyes of the foreigner community) more prestige and excitement than any other tournament out there, including GSL. The Finals were definitely some of the best games I've seen. How many GSL finals came close to Naniwa vs Thorzain? None. The skill level on display was on par with the top koreans and the games were ten times better.

So keep it sparse, keep the magic alive.

On another note, I would love to see Bo5 in the Ro32. I know that would take a long time to cast but I think it would give the better player more of a chance to shine. I'm not saying (at all) that this TSL was somehow unfair, but simply that the competition was so damn tight, it hurts to see it based on Bo3.

TSL once a year or so is good, if it is held too often it loses prestige.
